- Conservatory Office★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have rarely ordered from Art Stone in the 10 years I have been in business because their costumes are a little flashy for my taste. After my recent experience with them, it's safe to say I will never order from them again. With my show date quickly approaching, I have several costumes that need to be exchanged for another size. Over the last two weeks, I have spent over 4 hours on hold, left multiple messages, emailed multiple times. I have not gotten a response. This kind of customer service, if it can be called that, is absolutely unacceptable. I will never order from this company again.
